Where did 2021 go? Seriously. It’s like I blinked and it’s over.

One thing I do appreciate about this past year is that I’ve seen the growth of the crafting and diy community. There are so many talented artists and creators in this world. Between interviewing amazing makers and entrepreneurs, collaborating with new friends on projects, and learning to grow my business, the list of valued and treasured connections is long.

People I’ve Met

My interview series, Mrs. Craft Lady’s Community Connection, connected me with close to 20 talented, sweet, fun ladies (and one gentleman). We talked about home, crafting, business, and all the things in between. You can watch our interviews on my YouTube channel.

Craft Around the ‘Gram

One of my favorite experiences has been coordinating Craft Around the ‘Gram. During this super fun event, 8 crafters, including myself, each present a 15-minute craft tutorial on our Instagram live accounts. It’s 2 hours of crafting excitement. September made it a full year since we first started this community crafting event. Without the help of my ride-or-die craft sisters, Craft Around the ‘Gram simply would not exist. Thank you to Joanna, Megan, and Shondell for your unfailing commitment and contributions to this event. And thank you to ALL of our wonderful crafters who shared with us during the year.

What Now?

Meeting so many creative ladies and being inspired has prompted me to want to bring even more of us together. So, I am excited to introduce Mrs. Craft Lady’s Community DIY! My hope is to create an additional online space where we can share and learn from each other. Each week I will open a new “link party.” You are invited to add a link to 1 or 2 of your blog posts. Here is what I ask:

🎉 Please add your link to any family-friendly crafting, cooking, or home DIY post that would be a appropriate.

🎉 You can include up to 2 links back to your blog. Please link to a specific post, not your home page.

🎉 No links to sales pages, other hops, or inappropriate topics permitted.

🎉 If your link is not related to the topic or does not meet the criteria it will be removed.

🎉 A text link back to this post would be greatly appreciated. Also, if you don’t mind following my blog, I’d be super grateful.

🎉 It would great if you would visit a few of the other links and give the other contributors a little love.

So let’s get it started with our first party!!!

You are invited to the Inlinkz link party!

What a fantastic idea. We all love a party – especially if we can join in from home! I have a new blog post all about shopping for Diamond Painting Addicts.
